We the people have to take a chance in stepping out and speaking about what we think is
wrong. It’s our job to protect against all the stereotyping, prejudice, and discrimination. We
are all one. We all have a quality that can help stop all these community wrongs and the
social injustice; and taking those values out into the world, and making yourself be heard
can make this world a better place. How would you feel if your mom or dad was being
picked on because of their skin color, or better yet not being able to get a job because you
just so happened to like the same sex. Get up and get out make yourselves be known. We
can’t live like this forever “We gotta make a change its time for us as a people to start

Do you think Martin Luther king lead the civil rights movement for nothing. “Words left
unspoken slowly torture the soul” (unknown). If Martin Luther king didn’t speak up
against what he thought was wrong when they were hurting the African American
community, do you think we would be here now? Do you think the people would know
how he was hurt or what other feelings he felt if he didn’t speak up? If the protester didn’t
go out and start the boycott do you think they would ever be heard? They say “the best
