Part 1:
By the time I am 32, I will have a family and home with my partner.
In the next 6 years, I will have a job as an accountant in a firm.
Part 2:
As the sun sets over the horizon, I watch my daughter play in the front yard with her beloved German
Shepard. My foot rests on the cool wood as I gently rock on the porch swing. I can hear her laugh as her
father chases the two of them around the front yard, and I imprint this memory in my brain forever. The
smell of fresh cut grass from the neighbor next door makes this beautiful evening complete. Looking at
my family, I remind myself of how hard work can pay off in the end. All those long nights working and
studying are worth it for the view I currently have.
Part 3:
1. Get financial aid; each year (2021,2022,2023,2024,2025); file FAFSA every year before each deadline
2. Have a job as an accountant; within the next 6 years; get a BS in accounting
3. Understand importance of each class; duration of class; ask my professors and self why each class is
important
4. Make the Dean’s list; every year until I graduate; Maintain a 3.8 GPA or higher
5. Achieve a bachelor’s degree in accounting; by June of 2026; take college classes online or in person
