Mr. John Forbes Nash Jr.

I chose to write my paper about the Economist, Mr. John Forbes Nash Jr., born June
13, 1928 in Bluefield, WV to John Forbes Nash, an electrical engineer for the power
company and Margaret Virginia Nash, a school teacher. Him and his younger sister
Martha where Baptized in the Episcopal Church. I find his life story and
accomplishments very fascinating because even though he had a serious mental
illness, he was still able to persevere and contribute greatly to the theories and studies
of economy.
Below is a timeline of Mr. John Nash’s life.
1928: Born
1928-1948:: A young John Nash Jr. attended kindergarten and public school. He
learned from books provided by his family. He had no types of additional education as
an adulence.
1948: He attended college in Pittsburgh and there he switched his major from
chemistry to mathematics. In 1948, Mr. Nash received both his bachelor’s and master’s
degrees.
