Introduction
Job satisfaction is the positivity or un-idealness with which the employee views work. It
communicates the measure of understanding between one’s desire of the work and the rewards
that the job gives. Job satisfaction is a piece of life satisfaction. The work environment
employees work in is a compelling piece of life as job satisfaction impacts one’s general life
satisfaction. Job satisfaction, in this way, is the after effect of different dispositions controlled by
an employee.
In a little sense, these characters are identified with employment under the condition with
such particular elements, for example, compensation. However, far-reaching approaches require
that numerous variables are to be carried out before a complete comprehension of job satisfaction
can be acquired. Such factors as age, overall health, desire and level of ambition must be
considered. There are other factors to consider such as family relationships, social status,
recreational outlets, activity in the organization and so on contribute to job satisfaction.
Although many factors may impact job satisfaction and performance of employees there are a
few that stand out and employers should address to ensure continued high performance and
satisfaction. Asking the overall question of commitment to the employee with regards to how is
the organization training and developing employees for continued success and how well has the
organization communicated its goals, has proven to be vital in regard to job satisfaction and
performance.
