Abstract
For many years research specialist has been looking for a reliable connection between job
satisfaction and performance. Whether there is any relation between the two whatsoever, it is
tough to measure in light of the fact there so many different components that become possibly
the most critical factor when you think of these two variables. Discussed systematically in this
paper are several ways that employers approach the idea of involving employees in everyday
processes in the organization to promote higher levels of performance. Similarly, employees that
are assigned projects are ensured that know someone is there to assist and add to the success of
any project. Many researchers have conducted several studies to measure the link between job
satisfaction and performance to answer the question does job satisfaction affect performance?

Job Satisfaction and Performance
Introduction
Job satisfaction is the positivity or un-idealness with which the employee views work. It
communicates the measure of understanding between one's desire of the work and the rewards
that the job gives. Job satisfaction is a piece of life satisfaction. The work environment
employees work in is a compelling piece of life as job satisfaction impacts one's general life
satisfaction. Job satisfaction, in this way, is the after effect of different dispositions controlled by
an employee.
In a little sense, these characters are identified with employment under the condition with
such particular elements, for example, compensation. However, far-reaching approaches require
that numerous variables are to be carried out before a complete comprehension of job satisfaction
can be acquired. Such factors as age, overall health, desire and level of ambition must be
considered. There are other factors to consider such as family relationships, social status,
recreational outlets, activity in the organization and so on contribute to job satisfaction.
Although many factors may impact job satisfaction and performance of employees there are a
few that stand out and employers should address to ensure continued high performance and
satisfaction. Asking the overall question of commitment to the employee with regards to how is
the organization training and developing employees for continued success and how well has the
organization communicated its goals, has proven to be vital in regard to job satisfaction and
performance.

Background
Job satisfaction and performance can stem from some essential factors. The critical
factors that impact job satisfaction and performance can be affected by various components in
society such as dealing with more technical and virtual issues with jobs. The employees'
response to these technical issues is often a lack of willingness to learn a new skill which
ultimately leads to the destruction of one's job satisfaction. Although senior employees may be
willing to express the lack of desire for change, this assertiveness can result in charge of
insubordination thus playing a part in the performance of the employees.
Research conducted in various fields, for example, business, industry, medication, and
training reveal that job satisfaction connects with the workers' job performance. Performance
issues like truancy, efficiency, achievement new task, turnover, state of mind, and other social
