According to the P.74 and P.75, the convention between Abraham and God is
based on trust. This is a story happened to Abram, who is also the first great patriarch,
during 1900 B.C. to 1500 B.C. Abram and his family moved from Ur to Chaldea to
Canaan. During which he relied on the covenant with God and eventually started his own
big family on his promised land. This is a personal deal between God and his follower.
Compared to the people who desired to build a city and a tower connected to the heaven,
Abram and Sarai remained faithful toward God. Therefore, God promised them countless
descendants and lands. From many perspectives, this is like a “good trade” between God
