A RACIST HISTORY
Introduction
Racial tension, degradation, and segregation has been a staple in the United States
since it’s parturition. The idea of separation based on race was a way to control, humiliate
and dehumanize people of color. When the Europeans arrived by vessel to the Americas
and realized that people inhabited this land they bullied, murdered, and raped their way
into ownership of this country. They separated the Natives into different corners of the
U.S, stole their land, destroyed their culture, and desecrated their sacred ground. After the
Europeans became the illegitimate owners of the United states, they came to the
realization that they needed people to do the hard labor.
The Europeans then voyaged to Africa. Once there they bamboozled, murdered,
