Part one Question 1: Information System Strategy Triangle
Information System Strategy Triangle is a framework that is necessary for the
understanding of the impact of Information System on an organization and the appropriate
alignment. In our text, it is defined as the framework that connects business strategy, information
system strategy, and organizational system strategy. Such framework helps define the
relationship between Business the Strategy with the Information Strategy and the Organizational
Strategy.
The Information System Strategy consist of three components: Business Strategy,
Organizational Strategy and Information Strategy. Business Strategy can be refer as a company’s
goal and objectives. In the text it is defined as a plan articulation where a business seeks to go
and how it is expects to get there. Organizational Strategy is the way the company is structured.
