Is Greatness “Rank–able”?
Presidential greatness is a hard thing to determine. There are so many different ways to
measure it. There are so many different people with different opinions. It extends from what
they did to make the U.S better to how they personally look.
When different surveys were passed out, Abraham Lincoln stayed at the number one
spot. Look at what was going on during his time to make him that great. He was there during the
Civil War which lead to slavery being abolished. He had enough integrity to say that slavery
was wrong instead of trying to keep the South votes. This was opposite of the Presidents before
him who were weary of during things that would make the South back lash.
Other presidents popularity were high at the end of the presidency, but went down as the
