Introduction
“Big five personality traits” is a model developed by psychologists that divides people’s
personalities under five categories, which are Openness to experience, Conscientiousness,
Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism (Berman, 2017). The big five personality test
helps for better understanding of person’s behavior. According to studies, a correlation exists
between the personality traits and the person’s behavior (Berman, 2017). For example, the
people who get high score in Conscientiousness category usually tend to be organized,
disciplined, and dependable (Tony, 2016). Accordingly, each category has different
characteristics and behavior tendencies. Therefore, the use of personality test is increasing by
employers. Around 35% of companies use basic personality tests for hiring new employees
(Sackett, and Walmsley, 2014).
