Statement of the Problem
Considering that IPA hires employees (business coordinators, sales representatives and analysts)
with no specific qualifications o ered for the job and the recruitment being done, how can the IPA
management improve its job hiring that will help improve the business practice?
Objectives
To improve the services they render by hiring employees with the right qualifications.
To lessen their recruitment and training expenses for the succeeding years.
To retain more employees during their training program. Have lesser employee turnover.
Areas of Consideration
In 2000, IPA spent close to $ 2 million on advertising and $ 2 million on training.
Advertisements are placed on publications/newspapers and radio stations.
