Introduction
Social perception is most correlative with the social psychology field, specific to the theoretical
and experience task of Fritz Heider. Frits Heider suggest that social perception adhere to the same
rules as the perception of the physical object and nonsocial causality and his study purpose is to
the evaluation of social behavior, social perception and reasoning (Rutherford, Kuhlmeier &
Rutherford 2013). Social perceptions are likewise interlinked with self-perceptions. Both are
affected by self-motives. It is human nature to want to create a good impression on others, as
though self-perceptions are others’ social perceptions (Dunning, 2001). One’s self-perception is
refer to their self-knowledge, social self, self-esteem and self-concept. Self-concept forms a
significant part of self-perception. Self-concept is the important part of the children development
of themselves. The self-concept refers to the knowledge representation which is include person’s
physical characteristics, roles, beliefs, abilities, personality traits, and goals (Stangor 2014). An
individual constantly impact by the social force, and this will influence the way how the individual
sees themselves. Looking glass self is the means how individual see themselves that through from
the perception of how others see them.
