This new normal set-up wherein you can only see your colleagues virtually, has really an impact on how
everyone deals with conflict and problems encountered as a team. Conflict is inevitable and is a normal part
of every team learning organization. There is a famous passage that says, “you are not learning when you
are not making mistakes.” Through the process of completing our term paper 1 and term paper 2, we have
encountered conflict that hinders but do not stop us on achieving our goal.
As a team that has a clear and concise goal, we always made sure that those conflict will be address and
presented with strategies that will better improve the learning environment of everyone. There, we better
appreciate the importance of listening to everyone’s insight, suggestion, recommendation, and violent
reaction, if any. By addressing every member’s problem, we arrived at best strategies that we can implement
to our group to better perform and learn.
Here are the strategies that we created from the past term papers that has really changed the way we learn.
It made us more motivated to achieve the team’s goal.
