Intrinsic Vs. Extrinsic Motivation
Two important factors when it comes to motivation are the intrinsic and extrinsic value
of it. Intrinsic and extrinsic motivation is a topic that needs to be taken into consideration when
identifying where your motivation really stems from. They explain two types of motivators that
