There are a various number ways to define success, and not everybody looks at the
success the same. Some people think money and fame measure success, but in my eyes, it is so
much more. Success is happiness, loving what you do every single day. That is what I saw in
Sienna Tarniella and is the reason I decided to interview her. Sienna is a successful Life Coach
with a company called Coach S.T.A.R (Support Towards Amazing Results) and has a podcast
called M.A.D Issues (Mother and Daughter). Sienna believe in the empowerment of women and
uses her talent to highlight the issue among women. At only 38 years old Sienna has become a
fantastic business woman while being a wife and mother of 3 kids. In my interview with Sienna,
we discussed a few topics like what is success and how do you juggle success with family.
I interviewed Sienna because I want to be a counselor, I figured talking to someone who
coaches people through life would help me understand my role as a counselor. Sienna is wise
