Mission
EZ-Rid will serve as a safe method of eradicating any living space of pesticides, rodents and
insects ranging from mice to cockroaches. Ingredients used in all EZ-Rid products are, as tested,
are health friendly and can be impelled safely in one’s home without worries of health risks.

Company and Management
EZ-Rid is a new product launched under the Simple & Better Home Solutions ©. S&B Home
Solutions was founded on April 12, 2008, in Kansas City, Missouri, prior to the start of a very
recessive period to the US economy and proved to still be a strong and vibrant competitor in the
home solutions market.
The management team is headed by the successor and daughter of founder Julie King, Ambrose
Dillard. Alongside, Ambrose, is her trusted partners Steven Smith and Pattie Noel. By binding in
strategic alliance with entrepreneur and global business mogul, Jeremiah Zio, the company is
looking expand business out of the USA to nations including Ireland, Germany and India
beginning in April of 2018.

EZ-Rid products will be serving consumers in these countries that are facing a high prevalence
of pests, rodents and insects.
The product range will come in four various EZ-Rid forms that will all serve the purpose of
eradicating unwanted pestilence, but tailored to various consumer preferences.
1. EZ-Rid Mothballs (for small holes and entryways created by pest).
2. EZ-Rid Plug-Ins (for long-term protection and easy replenishment).
3. EZ– Rid Candles (for consumers who want to remain discrete).
4. EZ-Rid Spray Cans ( for short-term, instant pest relief).
Company Export Strategic Objectives
Before groundbreaking procedures begin, we examined the three nations in the evoked set:
Ireland, Germany and India to realize which nation’s economy and location advantages would
serve most beneficially for EZ-Rid.
Ireland is the smallest of the three prospective startup locations, which is documented to be a
very appealing location for foreign investment. Due its small economy, Ireland is heavily
dependent on FDIs. With the agricultural sector weighing around 6%, documented on the
Ireland: Business Startup website, the industry and services sector surpasses all else — and with
one of the largest sectors being chemicals and pharmaceuticals — this nation makes a great
candidate for startup.
Germany is a leader when it comes to economic prowess and infrastructure. It is stated to be the

economy in the world. Apart from being a melting pot of ethnicities and businesses, the foreign
direct investment inflow has always been a factor for Germany’s economic position.
Unfortunately, as can be seen below, the FDI inflow has dropped immensely from 2015 to the
year of 2016 therefore, this nation may be a bit expensive to host EZ-Rid’s new location.

India is an emerging nation due to its economy being revived after years of fluctuation. The entry
requirements for startup businesses is fairly low in comparison to Germany and Ireland, which is
a supreme factor for a company such as S&B Home Solutions, which has not been well
established, globally. India has some very extensive free trade zones including the Kandla
Special Economic Free Trade Zone, the first in Asia to master effectiveness of export processing.
