IQVIA has risen to second place in the Best Workplaces Spain 2018 rating

IQVIA Spain, the result of a merger between IMS Health and Quintiles, has risen to second place in
Great Place to Work’s annual Best Workplaces Spain 2018 ranking. The award was given to
companies with 500 to 1000 employees.
For the tenth year in a row, IQVIA has been named one of the best companies to work for in Spain.
This year, 62 percent of employees participated in the survey, and the main aspects that were valued
positively were pride of belonging, flexibility, work-family conciliation, the relationship with
managers, and the environment among colleagues.
IQVIA’s outstanding programmes include employee recognition, open days for children, and an
incentive to participate in social volunteering. In 2018, new programmes were added, such as the
International Day of Clinical Trials and Mother’s Day celebrations, as well as the organisation of the
International IQVIA Football Championship and CRA Workshops.
