INTERNAL/EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS
Here at No Limit Consulting, communication is what we believe to be the foundation
for improvements with any organization. It is communication that allows us to have
“commonness” with one another. Therefore, we analyze every aspect of communication, both
internal and external, to ensure all clients and employees are on the same page. Our team is
highly proficient in making effective suggestions for improvement. We have provided an
overview of your methods with statics and illustrative charts to analyze the University of West
Georgia recreation communication approaches.
Current Communication Methods
Online Web:
The Internet has giving easy access to communicating globally. Organizations use the
internet to further communicate with future vendors, students, and the community through the
company's website. We consider this communication method to be internal and external. These
web pages typically inform the viewer everything about the business. University of West
Georgia Recreation, currently use the web mainly to communicate with all members. The
website for UREC can be found with the following link, https://www.westga.edu/campus-
life/urec/. Visitors on the homepage of UREC’s website are greeted with attractive illustrations
and tabs to navigate around. Navigation tabs are highly imperative in order for visitors to locate
specific information. While conducting our analysis of your website, we found almost everything
to be of satisfactory except the Instagram link icon. When clicked on visitors are directed to a
“page not found” error. Our only suggestions for improvement would be to upload videos of a
member from each program explaining in detail their thoughts, responsibilities, etc.

Social Media:
UWG Recreation communicates both internally and externally through social media,
such as Twitter and Facebook. Social Media enhances visual communication, rather its sharing
of information, or self-expression. Not only are these media platforms used for personal use but
also for business purposes. Due to majority of the students at UWG having mobile devices with
internet connections, they are able to quickly access the information on social media. Quick
access to information such as the date, time, and location of the next event. Our firm’s findings
of your social media methods are effective; however, needs simply modifications. UREC’s
Twitter shows a lot of activity such as post but not enough social involvement. This lack of
involvement discourages users from wanting to “follow” your Twitter page and actual interact.
We based your interaction level off the amount of likes and “retweets” your post typically gets.
Our team suggests that you try following accounts back and interact with them the way you
would want them to interact with you. We also suggest using LinkedIn, which is a more
professional social media for business. LinkedIn allows for staff to get involved by creating their
own account, which consists of a background of their skills and resumes.
To conclude, we feel that your organization is on the path to successful communication.
We believe that with our expert improvements and strategic suggestions, student and community
