Midterms and Final Exams
There will be 2 midterm exams after the 8th and 16th sessions. Final exam will be cumulative.
The exams will include both qualitative (concepts and definitions) and quantitative questions.
The date and format of the exams will be announced accordingly. You may bring to the
midterm exams one sheet of paper (letter size A4) with any formulas/notes written/printed
on its two sides. During the final exam, you may use two such sheets of paper. No other
notes, textbooks, or laptops will be allowed. You will need a calculator.
Assignments
There are two groups of assignments I) in class assignments II) online assignments. The students
have to submit the in class assignments to the course drop-box on Sakai by the midnight of the
same day. The deadlines for the online assignments will be announced accordingly.
