Our society is overrun with technologies and appliances that make us think we have to
handle them all at one time. Multitasking is the word in almost everybody’s mouth, and I
can say that I often feel like a genius when I do multiple things at the same time. But is it
actually like that, or do I just take my eyes off one thing and focus on another? Are humans
able to perform multiple tasks at the same time and zero their focus on primary tasks while
ignoring distractions from side influences?
I believe that my behavior can train my brain, and that my personal culture can have a
positive influence on becoming a supertasker. I have learned that multitasking does not

distractions and focusing on what is important. Every person can become better by
practicing a particular skill. I find it interesting how supertaskers are able to use their
cerebral capacity more efficiently than the ordinary person. They do not use a larger
