The increase in competition between companies has forced many of the organizations to
come up with new programs that promote customer acceptance and enhance their competitive
advantages over others. The success of a company in an overcrowded market segment is majorly
dependent on the innovation that such a firm has adopted which makes its services more
preferable to the clients, thus giving it competitive advantage over its peers. First Tech Limited is
one of the companies that have been faced with such challenges. There is a need for the company
to increase its competitive chances by adopting the use of advanced technology in its online
shopping platform. This involves the adoption on online personalized shopping experience.
