Effects of Alcohol
Alcohol affects men and women differently. Men and women metabolize alcohol
differently due to stomach enzymes, hormones, the ratio of muscle to fat, and water
concentration in the body. women absorb more alcohol and metabolize it more slowly,
and they’re also at greater risk for long-term damage from alcohol. Men are more likely
to drink excessively and tend to engage in high-risk behaviors, which leads to a higher
alcohol-related deaths and hospitalizations. At the end of this speech, I believe my
audience would be able to take interest because it’s very useful information about how
alcohol really effects the body, and most people don’t know what it looks like when it
starts to ruin your body. This speech will cover two main topics, the damage
of alcohol addiction and how alcohol effects the human body.
As mentioned, alcohol can severely damage the body and here is what it might do.

process, alcohol and its byproducts can damage your liver. However, the liver can
