I. Introduction
Presentation software is a category of application programs used to create sequences of
words and pictures that tell a story or help support a speech or public presentation of information
– with widespread use in schools, businesses, etc. Presentation skills are desirable for marketing
persons and people in public life as they should have the capacity to effectively take other people
with them in the ideology they are attempting to emanate to their intended audience. Today’s 21st
century technological advancements offer users the ability to use the content meaningfully,
organize their presentation and captivate the audience for the goal originally envisioned.
