Hacking skills have advanced over time. The word “hacker” is usually seen as a negative
term but in reality there is positive hackers as well (Ruesink, 2017). Confidential information is
hidden in the debts of the systems such as credit card information or any type of personal
information. When a “Diagnose connection problem” occurs on a computer, there could be a
chance that someone somewhere is attacking the privacy of that system without that certain
person having any idea. Criminals get smarter and are everywhere ready to hack another
