Influence, Leadership, and Power
The term power refers to the ability to act, or the capability of doing or accomplishing
something. It also refers to the political or national strength. The term Influence refers to the compelling
force on or in the production effects on the actions, behavior, opinions of others.
You can not identify individuals as they have used power, or influence to achieve goals/objectives unless
they are in a position that requires them to use such features. As a team activity, the goal is to work
together and come to a common understanding and goal thru discussions and agreement, one-person
channeling power/influence would make it more of a dictatorship than a group effort.
