Individual Reflection Writing
1. Description
= One of the project assignments that I have been involving in my third semester is social
innovation project which is taught by Madame Alice. I will be reflecting on the incidents
occur throughout the whole execution of our project. In this particular module, we are
engaged in an inter-disciplinary and collaborative setting in which a group of students focus
on developing and implementing innovative solutions to offer positive impact on the
community. The theme that I choose is “Education” and there are multiple assessments
provided for us to achieve the module learning outcome. We had our very first class started
on 3rd September and our lecturer held a briefing session to give us an insight of module
information. We were instructed to embark on this project through teamwork, thus 7 of us
which came from different courses decided to team up. We found that it was quite
challenging at first because the whole module was conducted through online and we feel bad
for not having face-to-face mentoring and fieldwork sessions with our lecturer and all the
members. Fortunately, I found my group members were cooperative and we got into
discussion to exchange ideas for our main theme. Our reliable group leader had led us well by
assigning tasks to us and we use WhatsApp and Miro board as our main platform to share our
points of view. Although I felt uncertain about our project, but thanks to the friendliness and
cooperation of my group members, I was able to get motivated to accomplish my task and
carry out my responsibility.
