Indiana Online Academic Integrity Contract
Academic integrity is the moral code or ethical policy of our program. This presentation will
walk you through your responsibilities as a student, the meaning of academic honesty,
offenses, and much more. Throughout the quiz, you are required to sign off acknowledging
you understand the provided statements.
1. Indiana Online Policies Student
Responsibilities include:
•Review the Indiana Online Onboarding website provided in the registration email
and also found in the Welcome (Start Here) Module.
•Ensure you have been in contact with the teacher within the first 7 days of the
course.
•Communicate with the teacher with questions about assignments, links, or
grades Pace yourself by using the Pacing Guide found in the course in order to
finish the course on time.

2. Suggested Pacing
•Understand the weekly requirements to stay on track to complete the course
on time.
•One way to be successful in an online class is to set deadlines and
understand how to pace yourself. This will be very valuable in scheduling
your time and finishing the course on time.
•At the end of Unit 1 and after the 50% completion assignment, you will report
on your progress. The report will include whether you are behind, on pace, or
ahead. If you are behind, you will need to develop a plan to present to your
teacher.

3. Final Exam
Grading Policies Include:
•All Course Work should be completed before taking the Final Exam. Students will receive zeros
on all incomplete assignments at the end of the course.
•Coursework (80%) and the Final Exam (20%) will determine the Final Grade.
•Failing to complete all final exam components will result in automatic failure of the course.
