Effects of Sports on Children’s Intellectual Development

behaviors. It teaches how to cope with both defeat and victory and enhances a sense of belonging

behavior among adolescents, which contribute impulses related to engaging risk behaviors.
According to Bidzna-Bluma and Lipowska (2018), continuous physical activity also causes
greater tolerance of stress, an increase in muscle and bone density, oxygen supply to the brain
and better circulation. A claim has been made that kids that do not do physical exercise will not
completely develop their genetic ability in terms of motor skills. Therefore, this paper aims to
