Illegal Downloading
My presentation that will be presented to our class will be on illegal downloading. Illegal
downloading of music was a huge epidemic from 2008-2013 and currently downloading movies illegally
is the big problem. The popular culture has shaped how we view these problems. I asked a few fellow
classmates whether they have ever downloaded content illegally and how they felt about it. Then I took
a look at ethics in the music industry concerning the corporations and the consumers. I also came up
with an idea to design a campaign to help discourage illegal downloading.
I asked four people their thoughts on downloading content illegally and how they felt about it.
Of those four people only one of them had never downloaded any content that they weren’t supposed
to. The only reasonable explanation I could think of was she was three years younger than all of other
