“If I were a carpenter”
If I were going to become a psychologist, the top three fields that I would be most
interested in are clinical psychology, developmental psychology, and comparative/ physiological
psychology. I would like to be a clinical psychologist because it covers about 80% of all
psychology. So if I wanted to cover one area one week and a different area the next week then
most of the time I would be able to do that. I also really enjoy that the vast majority that clinical
psychology covers is severe psychological problems. These problems can range from severe
depression, to suicidal thought or acts of suicide, and even to drug related problems. Clinical
psychologist gives test and diagnoses people with certain conditions. This would be my first
