very complex and regulated. Uber is a demand driven service that has brought about a revolution in the
taxi industry worldwide. Uber’s business model allows everyone to ride-hailing in their own address at the
shortest possible time with just a smartphone in hand. One of the biggest innovations in Uber’s business
is the increase in fare according to the demand. The world is entering the industrial revolution 4.0. Uber
can be considered as a typical example of the industrial revolution 4.0. Specifically, Uber uses large data
and technology, artificial intelligence to have the transportation system that meets the needs perfect,
service prices to consumers are lowest and the highest performance. When the whole world goes into the
4.0 industrial revolution, if the business does not follow, it will backward. This mobile-based business
model of Uber can be applied in other industries from transportation to fashion globally through
