Every organization has its own training methods that have been studied, tested, and
reviewed then put into action for the most optimal results. Every business, company,
organization, or corporation uses their own set of training methods to train their employees to
maximize performance and achieve the best of those employees’ abilities. The two methods I
found most e!ective, accommodating the training process, were apprenticeships and
internships. Both of these methods build experience through specific learning and carrying out
tasks in a realistic situation. The best training anyone can ever receive is the “hands-on”
approach. Once a potential employee has done it themselves, the previous experience from
having done it before will complete the task without question. Both of these training methods
coincide with the “hands-on/on-the-job” approach.
