1) The two primary reasons why companies conduct performance evaluation are for
administrative and developmental reasons. It helps the organization to define, motivate, measure,
and develop the desired performance of the employees.
2) Overall I think the performance evaluation interview for Frank Belby was not very effective.
First of all, the setting was at a restaurant and Mark Sanders was interrupted many times from his
phone. Mark Sanders did not give Frank Belby his full attention and did not give Frank the
