Robots at Honda
Robots have a major impact in the automotive industry. Many highly accredited
companies in America have turned to robots to make their industry’s more efficient. An example
of one of these companies would be Honda. A few years ago, Honda found itself in a
complicated situation. Honda has a history of being one of the industry’s most efficient factories.
This idea began when Honda created light- truck engines to keep the factories moving smoothly.
The United States prepared itself for a great demand in federal fuel economy regulations; Honda
used this opportunity to create something even better and more efficient than the light- truck
engines. The company wanted their future to be a lot brighter in the aspect of efficiency as it
relates to engines. This began the use of robots in Honda, many robots.
