What are the key elements of organizations? Provide examples.
*A organization is a group of people working toward a common goal, while using
communication, leadership, vision, and etc…
Example of Organization: Law Enforcement, They provide safety for the citizens, while always
being aware of what is going on in their community.
What is research and the stages of doing research?
*Information we find to answer our question.
Stages of research:
1. Find the purpose. What is the objective?
2. Vitable sources or find data, or collect your own data. (EX of collect data: survey,
observation, looking at other people’s data, and etc…)
3. Measure our data, in other words analyze the data.
How is workforce changing? As a result, what are the current challenges in the workplace
today?
*Technology is changing the workforce by keeping people updated.
*Technology allows employees to work rometley or even allows people to work internationally.
*The con of technology: people use and abuse their power, and it is constantly changing.
*The workforce now has the greatest range of ages then ever before.
