Compare and Contrast Domestic and International HRM
The main distinction between international and domestic Human Resource Management
is that the latter cooperates with the employees within one or a specific national boundary. On
the other hand, the former deals with three national categories, including the parent nation where
a company is headquartered, the host country in which the subsidiary nation is located, and other
nations where the firm is likely to source for finance, research, development, and labor. Based
on this, the major issues that differentiate the two HRMs are the complexities that come with
operating in different nations and cultures, as well as employing various workers from different
backgrounds. International HRM is concerned with identifying and comprehending ways in
