1. Human resource management consists of being able to plan, organize, staff, lead, and control
an organization.
Planning is being able to establish goals and standards, identifying current or future needs to
develop new strategies to help the organization. Organizing consist of giving every individual a
task to accomplish the task. A human resource manager needs to be able to know what people
would best fit the organization; this is staffing. A team needs to a leader to motivate them and
making sure that every task gets done. Controlling consist of setting standards making sure that
everything that the task is being done correctly and taking action if needed. The management
process is acquiring, training, appraising and compensating employees, and of attending to their
labor relations, health and safety, and fairness of concerns.
