Introduction
In this paper we will outline how the industry of transportation correlates to Human
Resource Management. Within the transportation industry we have decided to use two
companies; Uber and Lyft. We will compare and contrast them using different
categories. Recruitment, Attraction, Retention, and Development will be discussed in
this paper.

Driver lack implies no conveyance administration can endure, particularly if all drivers
work for a contender. In any case, when you are facing incredible ride shares like Uber
and Lyft, they utilize their huge assets to enroll all certified specialists into their pool
burning through many millions on operational and promoting costs – how would they
guarantee they have enough drivers? How about we investigate how this rights-sharing
mammoth fuses their drivers. Beside taking part in disputable strategies to grab drivers
from their rivals, ride-sharing organizations like Uber and Lyft share some essential
strategies practically speaking. These come as rewards and eliminate boundaries to
passage for first time drivers.
