Organizational Leader:
The three recruiting websites I picked were Indeed, LinkedIn, and Glassdoor. The one that I
think is the best for finding qualified candidates is LinkedIn. One reason why I think it is better
than the other 2 is because you can connect with so many different people and organizations.
You also have a whole page just about you and your accomplishments. I think having a LinkedIn
looks so good because employers can really get to know you and see everything. LinkedIn has
so many awesome features like a whole page for just jobs and searching for jobs. You can also
find any organization or company on LinkedIn and research them. The reason I am so attracted
to this recruiting website is because its more than just jobs you can see other people and
organizations as well.
