How to connect Business Ethics to Good Governance and Social Responsibility to the Company?
The Prudential Guarantee Assurance Inc. Provides support to the typhoon victims in
community. The company ask for the assistance to employees if they have clothes that they are
not using but still in good condition. All clothes will be collected of the head manager per
department. Then the Human Resource staffs will look for a place where in need in help, so that
they can give donation.
The PGAI also provide a can goods and rice, it is also a donation that included the
clothes that from the employees. They also ask employees if they can volunteer to give the
donation to the typhoon victims.
The PGAI is also supporting a swimming school. The Bert Lozada swimming school, a
non-profit organization that saves and changes lives. This long-term partnership provided free
insurance protection to the school’s students and staff, as well as uniforms for the swimming
Instructors and teachers.
