How to care for a furbaby
It took 18 years to convince my mother and father to get a dog. Last March a furbaby
joined the family and everyone fell in love. I named her Addie, she is 9 month year old husky
lab. She is white and tan with blue eyes. Caring for a dog is a lot of work and I never realized it
till now. I never believed my parents on how much work animals were, living home was not so
bad because I got help from my parents and little brother. Now that I am moved out and living
with my boyfriend that works in the woods all week, it’s just Addie and I. My parents miss
Addie more than anything and feel empty without the both of us. By living on my own I have
realized that giving a dog their basic needs and caring is not easy work.
