traffic can see it but its advantageous too as viewers will not have to move their
face side ways to view it .
Proximity- Billboard is facing towards intersection, covers wide visibility as for
people travelling and walking towards Weston and saint Claire west can view it .
Traffic – area is quite a bit crowded as we do have a mcd next to this billboard
,we also have best buy and other outlets like winners etc.
