1. Executive summary
The hotel industry is an essential part of tourism in Bansko. The development of tourism in the
Bulgarian ski destination is a major economic activity in the region as tourism accounts for more
than 60% of the regions municipality’s economy. Due to that fact, we plan to enter in the 3 start
low cost/high quality hotels niche and open a 150 room hotel resort in Bansko around January 2022.
Together with 2 investors and some other additional financing sources that project is in financial
perspective feasible.
1.1 Mission
The mission of our hotel is to provide outstanding lodging facilities and excellent services to our
guests. We emphasize affordable but high quality standards in our rooms as well as in our food and
beverage divisions. We would like to create the experience of a lifetime for our employees – so they
can in turn – provide exceptional experiences for our guests. We aim to provide seamless service
from the moment a reservation is made to receiving the keys for your own hotel room. The needs of
our guests are in forefront of everything and through authenticity, simplicity and innovation we
create unique memorable experiences.
