What do you think shaped you into the person you are today? There must be various
answers depending on who you are, and it can basically be anything. It might be people,
places or even hobbies. The definition of the word hobby itself is an activity that you do
for pleasure. However, I think that it does not only provide people with enjoyment and
relaxation, but also teach them a lot of significant things to succeed in their life. The hobby
that had the biggest effect on me was playing soccer, which is played by the most people in
the world. I started it at the age of eight because of the 2002 Soccer World Cup held in
Japan. I went to watch the semi-final between Brazil and England and was inspired by
Brazilian striker Ronald, who scored a goal after another gorgeously and intelligently.
Since then, I was totally hooked on its pleasure as I got better. Through playing soccer as a
hobby, I have gained many meaningful and valuable things, and that helped to make me
