The Nazi party platform of 1920 and Benito Mussolini’s encyclopedia entry on
fascism have many underlying similarities and differences. The Nazi party platform of
1920 lists twenty-three concepts that the members of the Nazi party must believe in and
follow. Benito Mussolini’s encyclopedia entry attempts to define “fascism” and continues
on into more of a persuasive piece of writing that encourages the promotion fascism.
Both pieces are very one-sided and critique previous government policies and ideas,
but they also differ due to the extent of racism within both pieces.
