Food Inc. is a popular movie that reflects on the issues concerning food politics. It is shot
in a documentary style angle, and yet not too many scientific facts were incorporated, thus
allowing it to be relatable. The target for this film was the entire population of the United States
of America because it affects every single individual living within its borders. Its popularity can
be accredited to the fact that it touched on several topics from corn to chickens. Since food is
such a controversial topic, the average individual is interested in learning facts that concern their
everyday lives. After watching the movie, one feels more informed and educated about an
important issue. It was extremely appealing because it opened with how everyone views food as
wholesome and nourishing, but then surprises us with the horrific statement that it is the direct
