Throughout both assessments it made me constantly look back and think about certain life
events that take place throughout my life daily. From the results of both assessments there is a
lot of improvement that I need to work on to better my well-being and not be so stressed out
frequently. My overall scores from the health and wellness assessment were surprising to me
as they suggest that I have many categories that need improvement. The categories that
suggest that I need improvement in are fitness and body care, stress, nutrition, and medical
self-responsibility. With the rating of over 400 on the Holmes and Rahe scale it states that I
