Harassment in the workplace: What does HR have to do with it?
As we move forward into the future, we are reminded that everywhere is changing; the
way we are living, the market, the economy, and especially the workplace. Each year, companies
have to talk to their staff about the importance of work place violence, and harassment. Studies
