Hardy Hospital: Case Study
This paper is presented in the form of a consulting report on the stock management system of
Hardy Hospital. It consists of implementation of a fixed quantity system instead of current system.
I. Introduction
Hardy Hospital is a state institution who is providing medical services to patients and also
providing medical education to students. The Director of university, Drew Paris asked Caroline to
evaluate current material management system and recommend plan of action. Currently, the university
has about a decade old computerized material management system which is working in efficient way.
But often the employees do not update the information in this system properly on regular basis.
