The two personality test were a real eye opener to me. I have taken test such as those
previously, but I believe after working this past year, it has definitely changed the answers to
some of the questions I answered. I scored a seven on the first personality test in the confidence
category on the scale to succeed. A seven in that category is “suitable”. The results for that
category tell me that I am somewhat confident in my ability to succeed in the workplace but I
need to be more self-assured with my abilities when performing tasks. The results also tell me
that I am driven to get the task done. My traits indicate that I have an inner drive and ambition to
do whatever it takes to get the job done.
The second test I took was verbal test. The exam asked me a total of eight questions that I
needed to answer in four minutes. I must say I have never taken an exam like that before.
