Abstract
At the beginning of this paper, we do an introduction about the manager and their
honorsto use the book outline and theoretical explanation and investigate the
applicability of the theory in our selected company. The next thing that happened, we
make an analysis to evaluate the Haier company performance. This analysis is about
technical innovation, business strategy, management model, corporate culture and
sustainable development. Of course, any company in the development process will
slowly realize and improve their shortcomings. At last, there are conclusion and
recommendation.

Introduction
Hair group was founded in 1984 in Qingdao. Since the start, Hair adhere to the
needs of the user centered innovation system to drive the sustained and healthy

collective small factory to become the one of the worlds largest manufacturer
household appliances.

innovative achievements in the field of management, Ruimin, Zhang won the 2011
annual global wise leadership award, IMD Management Thought Leadership
Award. As a manager, he subvert the traditional management model, the
establishment of an Internet based enterprise model. In July 16, 2015, Ruimin, Zhang,
won the 2015 American best practice institute (BPI) awarded the outstanding CEO
Award. However, in the corporate culture, Haier encourages every employee should
